I have used many repair services over the years from dealerships to independents and it was always the same thing....too expensive, poor work, and no customer focus. An example of this happen a few months ago on my wife’s BMW Convertible. The top would not go down. After Chris looked at it, he told me that there were two ways to repair or remedy the problem. One would be to spend about $3600 for a new top, the old top had stretched, or we could take a few minutes when we were putting the top down to make a fold in the top on each side and the top would go down.
